Unlike processed 'collagen casings' that are used in the market more than 90% in Korea,'natural hog casings' are 'natural products' in which 100% of fat and other impurities are removed from hog organs and salted, dried and processed.
Our natural hog casings are manufactured by minimizing them from slaughter to the production process to maintain freshness and high tensile strength, and have superior texture and unique flavor compared to artificial casings (collagen casings).
In addition, it has the property of bending in the shape of a banana in a natural casing, so it can be produced by maintaining the shape of the existing sausage and sundae.
